Returns, Claims, and Exchanges

A) Claims should be made directly to the carrier when damage occurs during delivery.

B) No return merchandise will be accepted without an authorization number.

  • This number must be on the outside of all packages.
  • Any packages without an RMA number WILL BE REFUSED.
  • Have your invoice number ready when calling for an authorization number.
  • Authorization numbers will be VOID after 30 days.
  • C.O.D. packages WILL NOT be accepted.

C) The Martial Arts Store will arrange UPS pickups only on miss-shipments of merchandise.

D) Any shortage or wrong items must be reported within 10 days. No claims will be accepted after 10 days for those reasons.

Defective Merchandise

A) Contact The Martial Arts Store to get a return authorization number within 20 days of your purchase.

B) The Martial Arts Store will repair or replace at no charge.

C) After 20 days repairs will be made at a quoted charge. You may call 1 (770) 441-9946 to inquire about the repair cost.

New Merchandise Suitable for Return

A) Returns will be accepted for exchange, in-house credit, or a full refund (refund does not apply to shipping charges) within 30 days of your purchase.

B) Between 31 and 45 days from the date of purchase, there will be a 20% restocking charge.

C) Between 46 and 90 days of purchase, there will be a 35% restocking charge.

D) After 90 days no merchandise will be accepted for return.

E) All returns for exchange or refund must be in BRAND NEW, undamaged and re-sellable condition, and MAY NOT have been altered in any way. All Uniforms MUST NOT have been washed. The soles on all shoes MUST BE 100% brand new and NOT WORN other than trying them on. If you are returning a BOB, BOB XL, Wavemaster, Wavemaster, etc. there MUST BE no scuff marks or sign of use at all. They also MAY NOT have been filled with water or sand.

In order to return a Re-Breakable Board please be aware of the following special return conditions: the board MUST BE new and unused, the board MUST BE in the original shrink wrap, the board MUST NOT have been broken, there must also be NO fist, elbow, knee, or imprints of any kind in/on the board.

If any of the above conditions are found or noted your RMA WILL NOT be accepted and delivery will be REFUSED.

F) Customized merchandise is not returnable unless it's defective.

G) Discontinued or clearance merchandise is not eligible for return.

H) Customer pays all shipping and handling charges for any returned products. Original shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

I) WE DO NOT ALLOW the return of any Uniform purchased to be used for a Halloween Outfit unless the following conditions are met.

  • The Uniform is still BRAND NEW
  • The Uniform is still professionally FOLDED
  • The Uniform bag has not been OPENED
  • The Uniform has NOT BEEN WASHED
  • The Uniform has NOT BEEN WORN

Books and Videos

A) Please be advised that these items are non-refundable. Items may be exchanged for the same title if defective or damaged upon receipt. Please call 1 (770) 441-9946 for a return authorization number.

Where is My Order?

    My Order Is Showing As Being Delivered By UPS/USPS/FedEx/DHL But I Never Received The Order?
  • Call or e-mail us as soon as you find out your order was reportedly delivered.
  • We will contact the carrier (UPS/USPS/FedEx/DHL) on your behalf to have a Tracer/Claim Issued. The only information we will need from you is a current/valid phone number and current/valid address to file the Tracer/Claim.
  • Once a Tracer/Claim has been completed, usually 3 to 5 business days, we will immediately ship out a replacement order to you at no additional expense.
