  1. Do you offer international shipping?
    Unfortunately at this time we do not offer shipping outside of the continental US, Hawaii, Alaska, and the US Protectorates.

  2. Do you ship overseas to the Military?
    Yes, we ship to all overseas Military personal at APO, FPO, AA, AE, AP, etc.

  3. What is the latest time I can place my order and still have it ship that day?
    Our shipment cutoff time is 12PM EST. This assures us that we can get all orders out before UPS arrives for our daily pickup.

  4. Do you offer FREE Shipping like some of your competitors?
    Unfortunately we DO NOT offer FREE Shipping. The reason behind this is two fold. In order to offer free shipping you have to raise the actual price of the product to compensate for the free shipping being offered. The second answer to this question is that we prefer to ship all orders using UPS. This enables us to track your order from start to finish and even in the middle. Using a cheaper service like USPS Parcel Post gives you no tracking guarantee nor does it reimburse you for a lost package unless you, the customer, opt to pay additional for insurance.

  5. Do you have a retail location where I can come in and look at the products you offer for sale on your website?
    Sorry but at this time we do not have a retail location allowing us to stay more competitive in the current economy.

  6. How do I get an RMA number to exchange or return my order?
    All you need to do is call or e-mail us to request a RMA number.

  7. Do I have to pay return shipping on my order exchange or refund?
    We try to make exchanging or returning your order as easy as possible. As such we ask that our customers pay all return shipping on orders coming back to The Martial Arts Store® (TMAS®) and in return we will pay all shipping costs on the exchange going back to the customer.

  8. My order is showing as being delivered via UPS, FedEx, or USPS but I never received the order?
    Call or e-mail us as soon as you find out your order was supposedly delivered and we will contact the carrier (UPS/USPS/FedEx/DHL) on your behalf to have a Tracer/Claim Issued. The only information we will need from you is a current/valid phone number and current/valid address to file the Tracer/Claim.

  9. Are The Martial Arts Store® and TMAS® really protected by the USPTO ( US Patent and Trademark)?

  10. Do you offer wholesale pricing?
    Sorry but we DO NOT offer wholesale pricing on ANY of our products. We also DO NOT allow anyone to sell our products on their Internet Web-Site, EBay, Amazon.com, Buy.com, Shopzilla, etc.

  11. What happened to the account I created on your website?
    We have recently overhauled our entire e-commerce system from top to bottom allowing us to better serve our customers. Several dozen knew features have been added along with new products, pictures, and lower shipping fees. If your account was created on/before 01/10/16 unfortunately that account was created on our old website. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

  12. I can no longer access my order history on your website?
    We have recently overhauled our entire e-commerce system from top to bottom allowing us to better serve our customers. Several dozen new features have been added along with new products, pictures, and lower shipping fees. If your order was placed and/or shipped before 01/10/16 unfortunately that order history will only be available to our customer service team. Please give us a call at (770) 441-9946 and we will be happy to look that information up for you. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

  13. Are there any restrictions on TMAS'® Free Shipping Service?
    Yes, some restrictions do apply with TMAS'® Free Shipping Service and they are noted here for your convenience:
    • Your order cannot weigh more than 10 pounds.
    • Your order subtotal must be $75 or greater.
    • Your order will be sent by USPS Parcel Post only.
    • Flat Rate Shipping is only available during promotional events.
    • Certain items ARE NOT eligible for TMAS'® Free Service, a few examples are: Pro Leg Stretcher, Wooden Dummy, and Training Mats.

  14. Are there any restrictions on TMAS'® Flat Rate Shipping Service?
    Yes, some restrictions do apply with TMAS'® Flat Rate Shipping Service and they are noted here for your convenience:
    • Your order cannot weigh more than 10 pounds.
    • Your order subtotal must be $50 or greater.
    • Your order will be sent by USPS Parcel Post only.
    • Flat Rate Shipping is only available during promotional events.
    • Certain items ARE NOT eligible for TMAS'® Flat Rate Service, a few examples are: Pro Leg Stretcher, Wooden Dummy, and Training Mats.

  15. Are there any restrictions on TMAS'® 3 Day Service Shipping Service?
    Yes, some restrictions do apply with TMAS'® 3 Day Service Shipping Service and they are noted here for your convenience:
    • Your order weigh more than 10 pounds.
    • Your order subtotal must be $25 or greater
    • At our discretion your order will be sent by either UPS 3 Day Select or USPS Priority Mail.
    • TMAS’® 3 Day Service Shipping Service is only available during promotional events.
    • Certain items ARE NOT eligible for TMAS'® 3 Day Service, a few examples are: Pro Leg Stretcher, Wooden Dummy, and Training Mats.

  16. Do you sell any used Martial Arts Equipment or Gear?
    In order to provide you with the highest quality and best martial arts equipment and gear we DO NOT sell any used items.

  17. I can not remember the password to my account. How do I retrieve it?
    Please visit the following link "I Forgot My Password" to retrieve your current password.

  18. How long does it take to process my order?
    We work very hard to ship all orders the same or next business day. However, depending on inventory levels and product availability it can take up to three business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

  19. I am receiving error code M1 during the checkout process. What does the M1 code mean?
    Basically the M1 error code means that some part of your billing address does not match the credit card information for the card you are using during the transaction. As part of our strict security measures and for your safety all billing information for the card used must match exactly or your transaction will be declined. E.g. Address, City, State, Zip Code, and CVV must match.

  20. How fast is the $8 Flat Rate Shipping?
    All orders shipped via our Flat Rate will be sent via USPS Parcel Post and will arrive at your location within five to ten business days.
